About the Role

We’re hiring a dynamic, Spanish-speaking Head of Client Services with expertise in cards and payments to support American clients in a high-impact contract role.

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience with clients in the Americas
• Strong understanding of cards/payments lifecycle (issuing, acquiring)
• Experience with global schemes/networks: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, CUP, JCB
• Solid track record of client issue resolution and autonomous leadership
• Ability to document requirements, define scope, and drive business outcomes
• Familiarity with PSPs, acquirers, merchants, and the wider card scheme ecosystem
• Comfort navigating complex internal/external stakeholder environments
• Skilled in project management and data-driven business reviews
• Strong cross-functional communication skills, including with technical teams and executives
