Job summary

Kirklees College is seeking a Head of Capital Projects to lead its estate investment programme from the Waterfront Quarter in Huddersfield. You will plan, govern and deliver capital projects safely and on budget—managing procurement, contractors and consultants, ensuring CDM compliance and making sure investments support learners and the curriculum. A construction, surveying, project management or engineering background is expected.

37 hours a week, all year round.

Qualifications

• Experience leading capital or estate projects.
• Background in construction, surveying, PM or engineering.
• Degree/HNC/HND or equivalent.
