Our Client is a well-established dealership group looking for a Head of Business to lead their busy dealership in Bradford. This is a secure role at a successful dealership, and applicants should have experience as Head of Business or General Manager at a dealership.

Head of Business duties include:

• Lead and develop the team at the dealership.
• Strategic planning for all operations, including sales, growth, quality, and profitability.
• Oversee project success, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Create and implement production strategies aligned with business goals.

Requirements for this Head of Business role:

• Experience as Head of Business or General Manager.
• Proven leadership and results delivery.
• Automotive financial acumen.
