Job summary

Aareon UK is seeking a Head of Brand to define, lead and scale its brand strategy across markets. You will shape the One Aareon identity and govern brand architecture to drive growth, trust and market leadership.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team of creatives, content, PR, events and social specialists, partnering with Growth and Product Marketing to ensure consistent customer experiences and measurable impact on business performance.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in brand leadership, corporate communications or strategic marketing roles.
• Proven experience developing and implementing brand strategies that support business growth.
• Experience managing multi-channel brand programmes across digital and offline environments.
• Strong understanding of brand architecture, positioning and market differentiation.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to balance long-term brand building with short-term commercial priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own Aareon's brand strategy across all markets, audiences and customer segments.
• Lead the evolution and implementation of the One Aareon brand architecture.
• Define the positioning, narrative and messaging frameworks that underpin the organisation's market presence.
• Ensure brand strategy supports business objectives, commercial priorities and long-term growth ambitions.
• Act as the guardian of Aareon's identity, values and reputation.
• Establish and maintain brand standards, guidelines and governance processes.
• Ensure consistency across all marketing, communications and customer touchpoints.
• Provide strategic oversight of visual identity, messaging, tone of voice and brand experience.
• Lead initiatives designed to increase brand awareness, preference and market credibility.
• Work closely with PR, Social, Content and Events teams to deliver integrated brand programmes.
• Establish Aareon's position as a trusted authority in housing, property technology and AI-enabled operations.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product and Commercial teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Work with executive leadership to shape strategic communications and corporate messaging.
