Job summary

Aareon UK is seeking an experienced Search & Content Lead to join our newly formed MarTech & Operations team. The role focuses on building Aareon’s organic growth engine across search, content and AI-powered discovery channels, developing scalable content programmes to increase visibility, engagement and demand.

You will combine content strategy, data analysis and emerging AI technologies to support awareness, pipeline generation and customer retention across Aareon’s portfolio.

Qualifications

• Senior SEO leadership with ownership of a domain strategy.
• Demonstrable ranking gains in a technical category.
• Experience building content on a regulated/technical subject.
• Understanding of answer engine and generative engine optimisation as of 2026.
• Editorial judgement and ability to maintain quality on unfamiliar topics.

Responsibilities

• Own organic search, including answer engine and generative engine optimisation.
• Refresh every answer at statutory dates and maintain accuracy.
• Run resident story content alongside compliance material.
• Own organic traffic, rankings, and content-assisted conversions.
• Collaborate with Demand Gen, PR/Editorial, and Product Marketing.
