Job summary

Aareon UK is seeking an experienced Search & Content Lead to build our organic growth engine across search, content and AI-powered discovery channels. You will develop scalable content programmes to increase visibility, engagement and demand while ensuring our expertise is discoverable for customers researching solutions.

Qualifications

• Senior-level SEO and content leadership required across a domain strategy.
• Experience delivering ranking gains in technical/regulatory spaces.
• Experience building in-depth content on regulated or technical subjects.
• Understanding of answer engines and generative SEO as of 2026.
• Strong editorial judgement and quality control of unfamiliar topics.
• Experience consolidating content across domains after acquisitions is a plus.
• Familiarity with UK housing, lettings or property regulation is beneficial.
• Strong technical SEO depth, including migrations and site changes.

Responsibilities

• Own organic search, including answer engine and generative engine optimisation.
• Refresh every answer at statutory dates, starting 30 November 2026.
• Run resident story content alongside compliance material.
• Own organic traffic and rankings against target terms and content-driven pipeline.
• Collaborate with Demand Gen, PR/Editorial and Product Marketing.
• Contribute to growth programs across Aareon's portfolio to drive awareness and pipeline.
