What Your Role Is

As the Head of Brand Experience, you will be a key leader sitting on the Old El Paso and Green Giant Brand Development Leadership Teams. Your responsibility is to drive brand experience workstreams with strategy and guidance from the Business Unit Director.

You will lead the long-term vision and strategy, deploying the Brand Experience Planning Process annually to drive immediate demand and long-term growth and value creation for our brands.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the deployment of our "Building Iconic Brands" strategy, ensuring consistent and distinct brand expression across all markets and teams worldwide. You will be a strategic architect, balancing short-term marketing goals with long-term brand health, maintaining global consistency and relevance.

You will create top-tier creative campaigns that foster both immediate and sustained growth, building strong relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders. Collaboration and influence are critical; you will partner with over 10 senior cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, sales, innovation, technology, quality, consumer insights, media, and key markets, effectively communicating and championing our brand vision.

Your expertise will also involve managing global agency workstreams, including creative development, brand design, media strategy, partnerships, and PR. You will translate core campaign ideas into comprehensive brand experience plans, leveraging paid, owned, and earned media channels.

Finally, you will craft impactful, through-the-line briefs for internal and external partners, grounding all planning in a deep understanding of consumer behavior. You will provide clear context, strategic intent, and guidance to your team.

What You Will Bring To The Team
  • Extensive creative experience, ideally in a high-profile creative agency or agency-client partnership.
  • A proven track record of developing and executing Masterbrand campaigns that deliver strong business results across multiple brands and international markets, preferably in Europe or Australia.
  • Visionary leadership with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives and adapt them to local market nuances.
  • A strategic mindset with a growth orientation, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving change. You will also lead a small team.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, alongside strong business acumen and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.
