What Your Role Is

As the Head of Brand Experience, you will be a key leader sitting on the Old El Paso and Green Giant Brand Development Leadership Team. Your responsibilities include driving brand experience workstreams with strategy and guidance from the Business Unit Director.

You will oversee the long-term vision and strategy, deploying the Brand Experience Planning Process annually to foster both short-term demand and long-term growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the deployment of our "Building Iconic Brands" strategy, ensuring consistent and distinctive brand expression across all markets worldwide. You will act as a strategic architect, balancing short-term marketing goals with long-term brand health, maintaining global consistency and relevance.

Responsibilities include creating innovative campaigns that deliver immediate and sustained growth, building strong relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders. You will collaborate with over 10 senior cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, innovation, technology, quality (ITQ), consumer insights, media, and key markets, effectively communicating and advocating for our brand vision.

You will manage global agency workstreams, including creative development, brand design, media strategy, partnerships, and PR. Additionally, you will translate campaign ideas and brand experience strategies into comprehensive plans, leveraging paid, owned, and earned media channels. You will craft detailed briefs for both internal and external partners, grounded in a deep understanding of consumer behavior, providing clear strategic context and guidance to your team.

What You Will Bring To The Team
  • Extensive creative experience, ideally within a high-profile creative agency or agency-client partnership.
  • A proven track record of developing and executing Masterbrand campaigns that have driven strong business results across multiple brands, preferably across international markets in Europe or Australia.
  • Visionary leadership with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives and adapt them to local market nuances.
  • Strategic thinking with a growth mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading change.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing a small team of direct reports.
  • Excellent presentation skills, influencing senior stakeholders, and building strong internal networks.
