Job summary

Sphere Digital Recruitment is seeking a Head of AI Visibility & Automation to lead a new capability at the intersection of SEO, AI search, and marketing automation. You will own how a portfolio of client brands are discovered, understood, and recommended across major AI assistants and search experiences, while building the automated infrastructure to scale these strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven SEO and search strategy experience.
• Hands-on with generative AI impact on discovery.
• Experience leading multi-brand teams.
• Experience with GEO/AEO and AI search engines.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Visibility and Data Automation teams.
• Develop measurement frameworks for AI citations and share of voice.
• Design workflows to support research, outreach, and content planning.
