Burson, part of WPP, seeks an Associate Director in Digital Marketing to drive GEO, Digital PR and SEO strategies for leading brands in an AI-driven landscape.

You will advise clients on visibility, sentiment and risk in AI-generated search results, while shaping innovative solutions and cross-functional collaboration across the agency. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in GEO, Digital PR and/or SEO is essential.
• Strong understanding of SEO and content optimisation principles.
• Experience translating data and technical concepts into client-friendly strategies.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in AI, generative search, or emerging technologies.
• Track record of developing and pitching innovative client solutions.
• Experience leading teams and collaborating across disciplines.

Responsabilités

• Develop GEO strategies for key clients and translate AI/SEO concepts into actionable insights.
• Advise clients on brand visibility, sentiment, and risk in AI-generated search results.
• Develop GEO frameworks, tools and best practices and integrate into campaigns.
• Collaborate across PR, content and SEO to maximise visibility.
• Support business growth through client development and pitches.
