As a key leader reporting directly to the CGO, you will redefine our brand identity and strategy. You’ll lead global campaigns, build narratives, and craft programs that grow our presence and drive engagement across audiences.

If you’re a self-starter with a sharp marketing mind and experience in both Web3 and global brand campaigns, this is your opportunity to help steer a fast-growing protocol brand at the forefront of the decentralized future.

Strategy & Vision: Establish, evolve and implement global brand strategy, delivering against company vision, and business goals. Provide leadership and coordination for all initiatives to target audiences across our brand, including recommended plan optimizations to maximize impact.

Execution: Analyze cultural, technological and market trends to inform strategic and creative development. Build outstanding global creative campaigns with assets across the marketing mix to take our story worldwide.

Influence: Cultivate strong collaborative relationships and inspire key local and global stakeholders as well as external agency partners to drive high quality output. Masterfully communicate up/down/across the organization to ensure transparency, alignment, and advocacy of brand.

Scaling: Implement brand control processes, guidelines, playbooks, audits etc. to ensure all user touchpoints are on brand. Setup monitoring of brand health metrics and campaign measurement tools and processes.

? What We're Looking For:

️ 7+ years of marketing experience, ideally within tech scaleups or fast-growing global brands

️ 3+ years leading brand and campaign strategy, including creative execution and digital marketing in Web3

️ A passion for blockchain, with proven ability to navigate and communicate in this space

️ Demonstrated success in driving integrated campaigns with tangible results

️ Strategic, analytical, and creative thinker with excellent communication skills

️ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and fluent in English (written & spoken)
