Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Head of Biosafety for a leading UK biopharmaceutical organization in Hertfordshire. You will shape biosafety strategy, oversee the OECD GLP facility, and lead a skilled team to ensure regulatory inspections are managed with confidence.

This senior role focuses on pathogen safety, viral safety, and biologics manufacturing quality, with international collaboration and leadership across sites. A high-impact opportunity for strategic regulators engagement.

Competenze

• Degree or higher in a relevant life sciences field with biosafety focus.
• Strong knowledge of GLP, OECD and MHRA inspection requirements.
• Experience leading biosafety programs in biologics/pharma manufacturing.

Mansioni

• Oversee the OECD GLP Test Facility and ensure studies meet global standards.
• Lead MHRA GLP inspections and manage responses to findings.
• Develop pathogen safety programs supporting products and regulatory submissions.
• Inspire and develop a nine-person biosafety team while driving continuous improvement.
• Build credibility with regulators and senior stakeholders as the biosafety authority.
