Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd is recruiting for a Head of Biosafety at our Hertfordshire site. This senior role shapes global pathogen safety strategy within a highly regulated biopharmaceutical environment.

You will drive strategic and operational leadership of the Biosafety function, oversee GLP-compliant pathogen safety activities and lab operations, and grow a high-performing biosafety team to safeguard medicinal products worldwide.

Competenze

• This role requires significant GLP-regulated experience and pathogen safety expertise.
• Proven leadership of teams in GLP-regulated environments.
• Experience supporting Health Authority inspections is strongly preferred.
