Job summary

Domestic & General is seeking a Head of Business Intelligence on a 14-month fixed-term contract to lead a 10-strong BI and reporting team. The role focuses on transforming and modernising the reporting estate while ensuring critical reporting remains reliable.

You will partner with Operations, Data, Technology and the broader business to deliver change at pace, build hubs, and govern data assets across UK and EU, guiding strategic decisions with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading BI, MI or Reporting functions and building high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to transform and simplify reporting estates for self-service.
• Strong Power BI experience with data modelling and reporting best practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and rationalisation of the reporting estate.
• Develop reporting hubs and reusable assets for UK/EU business units.
• Collaborate with Operations, Data and Technology to implement change.
• Influence senior stakeholders and deliver clear delivery plans.
