Job summary

Indra Group UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced BI & Reporting Delivery Manager for a fixed-term 12‑month contract within a large-scale TfL programme. You will lead the Reporting & BI function, acting as the bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams to drive the reporting strategy.

The role requires strong leadership, governance experience and a solid understanding of enterprise BI solutions to support decision-making and continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering BI, Reporting or Data Analytics solutions within large and complex organisations.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI, dashboard design and data modelling.
• Experience collaborating with third‑party suppliers and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer interface for all Reporting & BI activities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including BI Developers and Data Engineers.
• Gather and translate business requirements into delivery plans.
• Manage priorities, risks, dependencies and reporting roadmaps.
• Ensure high‑quality delivery, governance and continuous service improvement.
• Support service transition and operational readiness.
