Job summary

Domestic & General is seeking a Head of Business Intelligence on a 14-month FTC to lead a 10-person BI and reporting team. You will oversee the transformation and simplification of our reporting estate, creating modern, self-service solutions while maintaining critical reporting for performance management across UK and EU.

You will partner with Operations, Data and Technology to deliver change at pace, translating business priorities into delivery plans with influence and credibility.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading BI/MI or reporting teams.
• Experience transforming reporting estates and enabling self-service.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and delivery of large-scale programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 10-person BI/reporting team across UK and EU.
• Drive a reporting transformation to modern, self-service estate.
• Review, rationalise and build reporting hubs and reusable assets.
• Collaborate with Operations, Data and Technology to deliver change.
