Job summary

Reed Technology in Leeds is seeking a Business Intelligence & Reporting Manager to lead the analytics function, driving reporting excellence and supporting strategic decision-making across a healthcare-focused organisation.

You will be responsible for BI delivery, forecasting, and data management, ensuring accurate, insightful reporting aligned with organisational objectives while continually improving reporting standards, systems, and processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading BI, MIS, or data analytics teams.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, SQL/T-SQL and data warehousing.
• Advanced Excel and data manipulation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of BI, reporting, forecasting, and data management services.
• Oversee governance and QA of management information and performance reporting.
• Design and improve dashboards and analytics tools.
• Manage relationships with software providers and bespoke reporting requests.
• Drive innovative reporting methodologies and BI platforms.
• Coordinate ad hoc data requests with timely delivery.
• Maintain data storage, archiving, and change control processes.
• Produce forecasting models and BI insights for operational planning.
• Contribute to business cases and tender submissions.
• Represent the organisation at internal and external meetings.
