Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership/management experience in financial services.
• Extensive knowledge of banking sector legislation, regulation and guidance.
• Experience in operational, banking, compliance, risk, regulatory or audit/accounting roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision and maintenance/development of the regulatory framework for the Island’s banking sector.
• Lead the Prudential Supervision Division as a senior strategic executive.
• Collaborate across departments and with stakeholders to deliver its mandate and supervision work.
• Support a diverse, inclusive culture and flexible working arrangements.
