Job summary

The Business of Fashion in London invites an experienced commercial leader to head BoF's B2B subscription businesses, including BoF Professional B2B and BoF Careers. Based at our London headquarters, you will shape the next chapter of our commercial strategy and drive global revenue growth.

You will own the P&L, set pricing and packaging, lead a cross-functional team of sales, customer success, marketing, product and data, and partner with executives to deliver sustained double‑digit growth

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading B2B or subscription businesses.
• Experience scaling multi-market subscriptions in tech/media.
• Strong strategic and financial planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end growth plans for BoF Professional B2B and BoF Careers.
• Own P&L, targets, forecasting and budget for subscriptions.
• Set GTM for segments and pricing to drive long-term growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams across sales, CS, marketing, product and data.
• Improve onboarding processes and renewals to maximise retention.
