Job summary

The Business of Fashion is seeking an experienced commercial leader to head BoF’s B2B Subscription businesses, including BoF Professional B2B and BoF Careers, based in London.

Reporting to the Chief Subscriptions Officer, you will own the P&L, set the go-to-market strategy, optimise pricing, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve sustained revenue growth across global markets.

Qualifications

• Experiences leading B2B SaaS or media subscriptions.
• Proven ability to drive multi-million-pound revenue targets.
• Strong strategic and operational execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute an end-to-end strategic plan to grow BoF Professional B2B and BoF Careers.
• Own the B2B subscriptions P&L, targets, forecasting and budget.
• Set the go-to-market strategy across segments for BoF Professional B2B and BoF Careers.
• Optimise pricing and packaging to achieve long-term growth targets.
• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams (sales, customer success, marketing, product, data).
• Collaborate with Renewal and Customer Success to maximise onboarding and renewal rates.
• Monitor operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
• Systematically track metrics (LTV, NRR, engagement, seat utilization) for exec review.
