Berry Bros. & Rudd in London seeks a strategic Head of Auctions, UK to grow our fine wine and spirits auctions business. You will source exceptional collections, build trusted relationships with collectors and advisers, and deliver strong commercial results with discretion and integrity.

You will lead a small team, shape strategy, and represent the brand with discretion while navigating a high-value market across the UK and Europe.

Formación

• Experience leading a high-value wine/spirits auction business or brokerage.
• Proven track record converting high-value opportunities.
• Deep knowledge of wine and spirits and market dynamics.
• Strong leadership and discretion.

• Source exceptional wine and spirits collections for auction.
• Build and nurture relationships with collectors and advisers.
• Deliver commercial results while upholding brand reputation.
• Lead and develop the UK auctions team.

• Deep wine and spirits knowledge, strong commercial judgement, and confident negotiation skills.
• A collaborative leadership style and the credibility to represent our brand with discretion.
