Job summary

The role requires prior management experience, a commercial mindset and a passion for swimming and community health. You will support ongoing personal development and work with Swim England Learn to Swim pathways.

Qualifications

• Experience managing swim programmes and instructors.
• Commercial background with a passion for community health.
• Commitment to CPD with at least 2 courses/workshops per year.
• Strong knowledge of the Swim England Learn to Swim Pathway.

Responsibilities

• Manage the swim programme and schedule 1:1 lessons.
• Coordinate school swim programmes and supervise instructors.
• Deliver high levels of customer service to pool users.
• Develop staff and empower instructors to improve pupil confidence.
