Job summary

Places for People Group seeks a Swimming Teacher for Places Leisure. You will deliver engaging swimming lessons in a lively environment, inspiring teamwork and a passion for teaching. You will use your expertise to instruct students across groups and one-to-one sessions, building confidence and skill.

Minimum UKCC Level 2, with Lifesaving (NPLQ/NRASTC) advantageous; ongoing training and development opportunities are provided to support growth and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Instruct swimming lessons following the National Plan for Teaching Swimming.
• UKCC Level 2 is the minimum qualification required.
• Lifesaving qualification (NPLQ or NRASTC) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Teach groups and individuals to swim, motivate and instruct students.
• Deliver engaging lessons with strong customer interaction.
• Support learners to progress through development stages.
