McLaren Racing Ltd seeks a Lead, MarCom Change & Transformation Programme to turn operating model strategy into enduring organisational change. You will coordinate across people, process, technology and AI to embed new ways of working, driving adoption and measurable value.

The role is hands-on, partnering with leadership, MarCom Technology, PMO, People Team and Internal Communications to deliver lasting impact in a fast-paced sporting environment.

Competenze

• Significant experience leading organisational transformation or operating model change.
• Experience turning strategy into practical, deliverable change.
• Proven ability to lead technology-enabled change and ensure adoption.

Mansioni

• Lead delivery activities that support the Marketing & Commercial Operating Model transformation programme.
• Establish programme governance, reporting, delivery routines and stakeholder engagement frameworks.
• Coordinate multiple transformation workstreams, managing risks, dependencies and priorities.
• Define and lead change management, communications and adoption strategies.
• Translate future-state operating model recommendations into practical implementation plans.
