S&P Global is seeking a Head of Technology Partnerships to lead the generation and execution of a comprehensive AI and technology partnerships strategy. You will shape enterprise strategy with hyperscalers, frontier AI/LLM and DeFi partners, drive commercial outcomes and govern partner programs across multiple divisions.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development or relationship management within financial services or technology, incl. enterprise strategy and senior relationships with hyperscalers/AI platforms.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a Gen AI & Technology Partnerships strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Own named C-level engagement plans with priority hyperscalers and AI partners; deepen Google relationship and extend playbook to others.
• Negotiate and structure complex partnership agreements with frontier partners and commercial models.
• Drive commercial outcomes across divisions; reset AI commercial model and accelerate client adoption.
• Build and launch an AI certification programme to accelerate partner connectivity and monetisation.
• Work with Governance and Legal to embed IP protection and data-use controls in partnerships.
• Lead creation of a hyperscaler adoption engine to convert trials into accounts and run GTMs by platform.
• Ensure alignment across Product, Technology, Legal and Leadership; translate strategy into execution.
• Identify opportunities aligned with product strategy; support due diligence and market analysis.
• Own KPI framework for partnership performance with regular reviews.
• Lead and develop a team of senior partnership managers.
