Job summary

CreatorIQ Limited, the operating system for creator-led growth, seeks a Director of Product, Workflows in the UK. You will own and unify the core workflow—from discovery to campaigns—driving AI-enabled automation at scale across global teams.

You’ll lead PMs, shape architecture, and partner with engineering on data models and permissions. You bring 8+ years in product, 2+ years leading PMs, a hands-on builder mindset, and a track record shipping AI features in enterprise settings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with leadership experience
• Experience managing PMs and coaching teams
• Hands-on builder with AI tooling experience
• Experience redesigning workflows around AI to scale operations
• Familiarity with data models, APIs, and permissions in enterprise apps
• Experience shipping AI features in enterprise accounts with governance

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end workflow product (Discovery, Lists, Community, Campaigns, Messaging) as a unified surface
• Lead and grow a team of product managers, setting standards and enabling ownership
• Decide what to automate or simplify, retire legacy steps, and optimize for scale
• Establish trust with provenance, review processes, and rollback capabilities
• Collaborate with engineering and design on architecture, services, and data models
