Job summary

CreatorIQ seeks a Director of Product, Workflows to own and unify the operational core—Discovery, Lists, Community, Campaigns, and Messaging—across multiple markets. The role focuses on rebuilding the operation around AI to scale programs without additional headcount and to shift time from manual work to strategic decisions.

You'll lead PMs, shape the product surface, and partner with engineering on architecture, data models, and permissions. This is a high-impact leadership role at CreatorIQ.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product, including 2+ leading product managers.
• Experience with broad, workflow-heavy B2B SaaS surfaces.
• Builder mindset; hands-on; prototypes using AI tools.
• Rebuilt manual workflows around AI with governance and permissions.
• Strong product taste; can critique AI outputs.
• Technical enough to discuss data models & API design.
• Ability to prioritize across teams with tradeoffs.
• Excellent written communication for async work.

Responsibilities

• Own the workflow end-to-end: Discovery, Lists, Community, Campaigns and Messaging.
• Lead and grow a team of product managers; coach on discovery and judgment.
• Decide what gets rebuilt, simplified, or deleted; drive automation where appropriate.
• Get the trust model right: provenance, confidence, human-in-the-loop, rollback.
• Partner with engineering and design on architecture, schema, services, permissions.
