B Lab in the United Kingdom is seeking an AI Workflow Lead to architect and scale AI-enabled workflows across functions, collaborating with Product, Platform Engineering and governance teams. The role drives discovery, design, and adoption of AI solutions with a strong emphasis on responsible use and measurable impact.

You will collaborate with Data & AI across teams, build dashboards, monitor ROI, and help shape AI strategy while ensuring governance and policy are integrated into daily work.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of direct experience in data, product, operations, learning or change with AI interest.
• Experience leading or contributing to projects that changed how a team works.
• Experience using generative AI tools in real workflows.
• Workflow automation and no-/low-code tools like Zapier or Make.
• Process mapping and documentation (Miro, Lucidchart).
• Designing measurement approaches and running pilots.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Discovery & Design: interview teams, map processes, identify high-value AI opportunities.
• Design and ship org-wide AI workflows with cross-functional coordination.
• Identify AI opportunities in product-facing surfaces (B Impact platform).
• Turn pilots into scalable, supported workflows.
• Use-Case Pipeline & Landscape Monitoring: run structured intake to scale.
• Monitor AI adoption, risks, and provide insights to training teams.
• Impact Measurement: track time saved, quality, ROI; build simple dashboards.
