Job summary

B Lab is seeking an AI Workflow Lead to design, scale, and govern AI workflows across the Data & AI team, partnering with product and platform teams. You will translate opportunities into scalable, responsible AI solutions and measure impact with simple dashboards across the organization.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, governance, and continuous improvement in a remote-first, London-based environment with a focus on global AI strategy and responsible use.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of direct experience in data, product, operations, learning or change with hands-on AI interest.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Science, Business, CS or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading or contributing to projects that changed how a team works (process improvement, tool adoption, digital transformation).
• Experience using generative AI tools in real workflows (prompt design, testing, limitations).
• Knowledge of workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) and API integrations.
• Process mapping using tools like Miro or Lucidchart; ability to capture current and future-state workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship AI workflows from idea to scaled solutions, coordinating with Data & AI teams, Data engineering and product.
• Measure impact with dashboards and analyses; report insights to stakeholders.
• Manage discovery, design, and adoption of AI workflows across teams and regions.
• Scan AI landscape for tools, capabilities, risks, and governance considerations.
• Support AI governance, safety, and responsible-use practices in real projects.
• Collaborate with Product & Platform Engineering to identify opportunities in product surfaces.
