Job summary

FactSet is seeking a Senior Director of Agentic Software Development to lead the transformation from AI-assisted coding to AI-native software delivery. You will own the strategy, enablement, and measurement to accelerate this shift across the full software lifecycle.

The role requires a track record of platform delivery in large enterprises, 10+ years of experience, and a strong background in modern software development and AI tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• Technical fluency in modern software development and how AI tooling integrates across the lifecycle.
• Hands-on familiarity with the AI development tools landscape, including agentic coding frameworks and LLM-powered development.
• Track record delivering platform capabilities or transformation programs in an enterprise environment.
• Experience leading in fast-moving environments where the work itself is still being defined.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for transitioning to agentic development across the organisation.
• Shape the portfolio of AI development tools and make build-vs-buy decisions.
• Lead governance for agentic software development and cross-team alignment.
• Collaborate on infrastructure, standards, and developer enablement for AI tools.
• Drive adoption through evidence-based change and community building.
• Manage token spend and cost governance aligned to adoption pace and outcomes.
• Define success metrics for engineering velocity, code quality, and AI-native work.
