Job summary

Mava Real Estate is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Agent / Surveyor to lead and grow the Dorset agency team. The role covers sales, lettings and professional client advice with a focus on growing instructions and client relationships.

You will manage the Dorset team, lead negotiations, inspect properties and provide strategic direction while mentoring junior staff. Flexible hybrid working is offered to support balance and performance.

Qualifications

• Good experience within commercial property agency and/or surveying.
• Strong knowledge of the commercial property market.
• Proven ability to win instructions and develop client relationships.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive and commercially focused approach.
• Ability to work independently whilst leading a team.

Responsibilities

The Role

We are looking for a commercially‑minded individual with strong agency experience across sales, lettings and professional client advice. You will be responsible for leading commercial property instructions, securing new business opportunities and providing leadership and support to our Dorset team.
