Job summary

Beach Baker Property Recruitment is seeking a Senior Surveyor / Associate-level Industrial Agent for Bristol’s leading industrial and logistics team. You’ll manage instructions, develop client relationships and progress toward Director level within an established market leader.

This role offers exposure to landlords, developers, investors and occupiers, with a strong pipeline, autonomy to build your own client base, and a clear route to senior progression in the South West.

Qualifications

• Ideally 2+ years’ experience within industrial, logistics or commercial agency.
• Good knowledge of the commercial property market.
• Strong client-facing and negotiation skills.
• A proactive and entrepreneurial approach to business development.
• MRICS preferred, although not essential.
• The ambition to develop your career and take on greater responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop key agency instructions.
• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Advise on acquisitions, disposals and development opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Provide market and strategic advice to clients.

Beach Baker is exclusively instructed to recruit a Senior Surveyor / Associate-level Industrial Agent into one of Bristol's leading industrial and logistics teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious agent looking to take the next step in their career, joining an established and successful team with an impressive client base and a strong pipeline of work across Bristol and the wider South West.

You’ll have the opportunity to build your profile in the market, develop your own client relationships and, importantly, have a clear route for progression towards Director level.

The Opportunity

The role offers exposure across the industrial and logistics market, working with landlords, developers, investors and occupiers on a varied range of instructions, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Development and refurbishment advice
• Occupier representation
• Asset strategy and repositioning
• Strategic agency advice

Alongside managing existing instructions, there will be plenty of scope to develop new relationships, win work and build your own client base.

Your Role

Depending on your level of experience, you will:

• Manage and develop key agency instructions

• MRICS preferred, although not essential
• The ambition to develop your career and take on greater responsibility

You might already be operating at Senior Surveyor or Associate level, or be an ambitious Surveyor ready to make the next step.
