Job summary

Mava Real Estate in Dorset is seeking an experienced Head of Agency at Associate/Director level to lead and grow our commercial team. The role covers sales, lettings and professional client advice, with responsibility for leading instructions, winning new business and guiding the Dorset team.

You will oversee inspections, negotiations, reports and client updates, while mentoring junior staff. MRICS qualification is desirable but not essential for the right candidate, with a senior role offering

Qualifications

Experience in commercial property agency and/or surveying.
Strong knowledge of the commercial property market.
Proven ability to win instructions and develop client relationships.
Excellent negotiation, communication and organisational skills.
Proactive and commercially focused.
Ability to work independently whilst leading a team.

Responsibilities

Managing commercial sales and lettings instructions from acquisition through to completion.
Generating new business opportunities and developing client relationships.
Undertaking property inspections and viewings.
Negotiating transactions on behalf of landlords, tenants, vendors and purchasers.
Preparing agency reports, marketing recommendations and client updates.
Leading and mentoring Dorset team members and contributing to growth.
