Head of Account Management Cross Border Solutions

- £80k - £90k Basic salary

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving customer success in a fast-paced logistics environment? Do you have a track record of managing high-performing teams and developing key client relationships? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

About the Role

As Head of Account Management Cross Border Solutions, you will lead a team of five experienced Key Account Managers, overseeing relationships with major clients across the UK. With a national remit, you will drive customer retention, revenue growth, and service excellence in this critical business unit.

Requirements
  • Experience in CROSS BORDER solutions is highly essential
  • Proven leadership experience in Account Management within Transport, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
  • A full, clean UK driving licence
