Job summary

Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dynamic Cancer Business Transformation Partner to lead a Change Programme and the development and implementation of a Head and Neck Rapid Diagnostic Centre across the Trust. You will work across clinical, operational and corporate teams to redesign pathways and ensure alignment with national guidance.
