Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to achieve their best, while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

What You Need To Do |

  • Create a positive environment where your team feels cared for and valued, celebrating successes and nurturing talent.
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards in food preparation and safety.
  • Manage kitchen standards, including health and safety, and understand financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
  • Build a coaching culture within your team, focusing on recruitment, development, and professional growth.
  • Be a proactive problem solver who can make quick decisions under pressure.

  • Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a caring approach.
