Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development to help your team excel, while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

If you |

  • Focus on creating a positive environment where your team feels cared for and listened to, celebrating successes and nurturing talent.
  • Are dedicated to ensuring an excellent guest experience, with dishes prepared to high standards.
  • Ensure food, health, and safety standards are maintained and understand the financial aspects of running a kitchen.
  • Build a coaching culture within your team, working with the Head Chef on recruitment and development.
  • Are a proactive problem solver, able to make quick decisions.
