InstaLoft Ltd in Southampton is seeking a Head Installer to lead loft boarding, ladder, insulation and storage installations across local depots. You will manage a two-person team, ensuring high on-site quality and safety standards while working from a local depot within your region, with no overnight stays.

The role offers an employed, salaried position with a guaranteed monthly pay, company van, fuel card and tools.

We are growing our installation teams and we are looking for an experienced Head Installer to lead fits to that standard.

What you will earn with us:

• Base salary of £27,500 to £35,000 depending on experience
• Plus up to £5,000 company bonus
