Job summary

InstaLoft Ltd, the UK’s leading loft storage specialist, is expanding its installation teams and seeking a Head Installer to uphold our high standards. You will head day-to-day loft boarding, ladder, insulation and storage installs in customers' homes, working from your local depot across your region with no overnight stays.

You will mentor your Assistant Installer and take ownership of on-site quality and safety, representing the company professionally at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven carpentry, construction or related trade experience.
• Ability to lead a two-person team and manage your own day on site.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Full UK driving licence.

Head Installer

InstaLoft is the longest-established and largest loft storage specialist in the UK. We run 8 regional depots across the country, and every single installer is directly employed, never subcontracted, because that is how we keep our install quality the best in the business. We are growing our installation teams and we are looking for an experienced Head Installer to lead fits to that standard.

What you will earn with us:

• Base salary of £27,500 to £35,000 depending on experience
• Plus up to £5,000 company bonus
• Overtime available on top31 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
