WGC Ltd is recruiting a Head Housekeeper for Shrigley Hall Hotel & Spa in Shrigley Hall, Pott Shrigley. The role offers guaranteed hours and a fixed-hours contract option, with substantial training support to develop your career within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping management is advantageous.
• Ability to lead and train a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Improve productivity and efficiency of room cleaning.
• Analyse guest data to plan resources and materials.
• Maintain strong relationships with GM, Exec Housekeeper and hotel team.
• Identify ways to improve Guest Satisfaction.
• Adhere to Health and Safety Policy; COSHH/Manual Handling.
• Recruit, train, manage and monitor team performance daily/weekly.
• Deliver and exceed financial targets.
• Manage expenditure and payroll to meet budgets.
• Participate in training to improve skills and performance.
• Solve routine challenges that occur on the job.
