Job Description:
Head of Housekeeping
Location: Richmond Villages Painswick, Stroud Road, Gloucestershire, Painswick, GL6 6UL
Salary range: £27,864 per annum - Paid Breaks
Contract: Permanent position
Shift Pattern: Full-time employment, consisting of 40 hours per week across 5 days (08:00-16:00),, offers a variety of flexible shift patterns, including alternate weekends

This role is hands-on, working closely with the housekeeping and laundry team, and reports directly to the Head of Hospitality. Responsibilities include team development, scheduling, stock ordering, and serving as the point of contact for residents and their families. The role carries the overall responsibility for the cleanliness and presentation of the retirement village's interior and for maintaining a safe working environment. Proficiency in dressing show suites and rooms to a high standard is desirable.
