We are looking for a Head Housekeeper to lead our team and grow with our business.

The Role

As Head Housekeeper, your responsibilities include ensuring that you and your team maintain high standards at all times, keeping our rooms clean and welcoming to ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. You will liaise with reception to cater to guests' special requirements, perform daily room checks, and ensure stocks of tea, coffee, and toiletries are replenished. Efficiency, multitasking, understanding of COSHH, and adherence to health and safety rules are essential.
