As Head Housekeeper, what you’ll be doing

• Set the standards and lead a fantastic, dedicated housekeeping team in our quirky, well-kept hotel
• Take care of your own housekeeping team on a day-to-day basis with daily plans, weekly rotas, training, and development, as well as recognizing and rewarding their dedication
• Be a valued member of the management community by working closely with the senior team to provide the best service to colleagues and guests
• Show imagination while looking for process improvements, efficiencies, and fresh ideas to keep your team focused on maintaining standards and remaining unconventional to delight guests
• Take responsibility for legislation, required training, health and safety, and industry-standard checks to ensure the safety of team and guests
• Control your budget, staffing levels, and stock levels to maintain an efficient but effective department, taking pride in being hands-on
