Job summary

The Club Company is seeking an experienced Course Manager to safeguard the upkeep of the golf course and Clubhouse grounds, ensuring safety and quality at all times.

You will lead a team of Greenkeepers, oversee maintenance and development of the course, and manage relationships with contractors while working closely with the Club General Manager on budgets, training plans and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in agronomy, horticulture or plant science desirable; or
• Previous supervisory experience in a club or golf course setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the golf course and facilities to the highest standards.
• Lead a team of Greenkeepers and oversee maintenance of the course.
• Manage budgets and develop training plans with the General Manager.
• Implement safety policies and work with external contractors.
