Job summary

The Fife Arms, a flagship Artfarm property in Scotland, seeks an exceptional Head Ghillie (Concierge) to lead our Concierge team and shape immersive guest experiences.

As Head Concierge, you will elevate every stage of the guest journey while driving revenue through curated experiences, partnerships, and bespoke services. You will closely collaborate with senior leadership to position the team at the heart of hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar luxury hotel or resort role.
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of driving revenue.
• Inspirational leadership style capable of developing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for delivering unique and memorable guest experiences.
• High attention to detail with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Knowledge of LQA / Forbes standards is preferred.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available).

AwardedCondé Nast Traveler Triple Crown and holder of 2 Michelin Keys, the Fife Armsis one of Scotland’s most celebrated hotels. We are seeking an exceptional HeadGhillie (Head Concierge) to lead and inspire our Concierge team at the FifeArms.

This is a rare opportunity to shapeand deliver truly individual, immersive guest experiences in one of the world’smost distinctive luxury hotels. Combining a passion for service with strongcommercial instinct, you will elevate every stage of the guest journey—whiledriving revenue through curated experiences, partnerships, and bespokeservices.

Working closely with the DeputyGeneral Manager, Front of House Manager, and Reservations & RevenueManager, you will position the Ghillie team at the heart of the guestexperience, acting as both host and storyteller for everything the hotel andlocal area have to offer.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Operations

• Leadand inspire the Ghillie (Concierge) team, ensuring seamless dailyoperations
• Maintainexceptional service standards, presentation, and professionalism
• Overseethe Head Driver and driving team, ensuring a premium experience across alltransport services

Guest Experience

• Deliverintuitive, personalised service, anticipating guest needs at everytouchpoint
• Buildand share expert knowledge of the hotel, local culture, heritage, andexperiences
• Creatememorable, meaningful experiences that define each guest’s stay

Commercial Performance

• Driverevenue across experiences, transport, and third-party partnerships
• Ensureall offerings are commercially viable, competitively priced, and alignedwith business targets
• Identifyopportunities to maximise guest spend through thoughtful upselling

Partnerships and Experiences

• Buildand nurture relationships with best-in-class local suppliers and partners
• Curatedistinctive, high-quality experiences that set the hotel apart
• Regularlyreview performance to ensure both quality and profitability

Team Development

• Coachand develop the team to deliver exceptional service and commercial results
• Delivertraining in product knowledge, storytelling, and sales techniques
• Monitorperformance and support continuous improvement

Compliance and Operations

• Ensurefull compliance with Health and Safety and company standards
• Managesupplier compliance, equipment, and departmental resources
• Supportduty management responsibilities when required
• Overseevehicle standards and staff shuttle operations in collaboration with theHead Driver

About You

• Provenexperience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort
