GuardPass Limited is seeking an SIA Head Doorman to manage a security team at the venue entrance. You will screen visitors for suitability and supervise door staff to ensure safe, orderly operations.

The role requires leading and motivating security personnel, enforcing procedures, and maintaining high service standards in a busy environment. A valid SIA licence and relevant experience are essential.

Competenze

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence.
• Minimum 2 years security experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical fitness and endurance.
• Ability to lead and motivate security staff.
• Computer and report writing skills.
• Ability to act quickly and respond to emergency situations.

Mansioni

• Responsible for all other security personnel on duty.
• Staff positioning and rota/schedule management for Door Supervisors.
• Maintain order on the premises and crowd control.
• Report and record details of incidents, searches and patrols.
• Ensure all security procedures and protocols are followed at all times.
• Supervise customer arrivals and departures and carry out I.D checks.
