Job summary

GuardPass Limited is seeking an SIA Head Doorman to manage a security team at the venue entrance. You will screen visitors for suitability and supervise door staff to ensure safe, orderly operations.

The role requires leading and motivating security personnel, enforcing procedures, and maintaining high service standards in a busy environment. A valid SIA licence and relevant experience are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for all other security personnel on duty
• Staff positioning
• Schedule staff rotas and completion of timesheets for all Door Supervisors
• Maintain order on the premises
• Deal with and manage difficult conflict situations
• Report and record details of incidents, searches and patrols
• Ensure all security procedures and protocols are followed at all times
• Crowd control
• Ensure the safety and security of the venue, staff and visitors
• Supervising customer arrivals and departures
• Carrying out I.D checks

Requirements

• A valid SIA licence - Door Supervsior licence
• Have atleast 2 years experience of security work
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical fitness and endurance
• Ability to lead and motivate security staff
