Job summary

Opera Security LTD in Crewe is seeking reliable, SIA-licensed Door Supervisors to join our team. You will help maintain a safe, respectful environment at local licensed premises, ensuring continuity and professional standards on every shift. You’ll be part of a regular crew with consistent coverage and clear duty rosters.

We value teamwork, a proactive attitude, and the ability to de-escalate incidents. Evening and weekend work is required, with opportunities to work at events such as festivals

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence is required.
• Experience in pubs, clubs or licensed premises required.
• Professional, courteous, and confident under pressure.
• Team player with proactive, consistent attitude.
• Willingness to be part of a regular crew/rota.

Opera Security is expanding our operations in Crewe and we are currently seeking professional, reliable, and SIA-licensed Door Supervisors to join our team.

We are particularly looking for individuals who can become part of a regular, consistent team — ensuring continuity, communication, and professional standards at every shift.

You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for guests and staff at local licensed premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a professional and visible presence at entry and exit points
• Carry out ID checks and enforce entry policies
• Monitor behaviour and respond calmly to incidents
• De-escalate situations safely and appropriately
• Maintain accurate incident logs and reports
• Work closely with management and emergency services when needed
• Support a team-based security approach

Requirements
