Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

What we look for:

  • Experience leading a kitchen team, driving performance in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, with genuine conversations that ensure your team feels supported
  • Experience maintaining high standards of food safety and health standards
  • Understanding of financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
  • Ability to build a coaching culture and foster personal and professional growth within your team
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions
