art'otel London Battersea Power Station, part of the PPHE Hotel Group, is recruiting a Head Concierge to lead our guest services team at this premium lifestyle hotel in Battersea.

You will welcome guests, inform them about events, coordinate with F&B and events, ensure the entrance is covered, upsell outlets, and create a seamless, personalized guest journey across all touchpoints. A focus on service excellence and attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and inform them about hotel events and services, collaborating with F&B and M&E outlets.
• Ensure hotel entrance is covered at all times and guest flow is smooth.
• Communicate with guests via written, phone, and digital channels and uphold high service standards.
• Proactively upsell hotel outlets and rewards programs and support planning of hotel services.
• Manage lifts and ensure residents' bookings are active and accurately scheduled.
• Engage with colleagues and departments to create a seamless guest journey across touchpoints.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere with personalized service, attention to detail, and responsive feedback handling.

We are looking for aHead Concierge with a passion and skills set for exceptional Customer Service and who:

• Welcome all guests who come to the hotel and ensuring they are fully informed about events at the hotel and working closely with F&B and M&E outlets
• Ensures the hotel entrance is covered at all times
• Communicates effectively with Guests via written correspondence, phone, technological platforms and face-to-face
• Proactively upsells and promotes all hotel outlets (such as upselling, special events, artbeat program & VIP amenities) as well as any related reward programs; Actively supports the planning and development of hotel services,
• Manages the lifts ensuring all guests reach their destination
• Manages phase 3 residents' pool bookings ensuring all residents have an active and paid booking slot
• Engages with colleagues, guests and appropriate departments to ensure feel part of the hotel team
• Works together with relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth guest journey, creating seamless experiences across all touchpoints of the hotel
• Creates a welcoming atmosphere and personalised service for each individual external and internal guest having an eye for detail and responding appropriately to guest, colleague and leadership feedback
• Actively contributes to your immediate as well as wider hotel team, uses all forms of communication appropriate for each situation and displays positive and open body language. Identifying opportunities and improvements to ways of working whilst being solution focussed to the operational needs of the hotel.
